Order Processing:
Your order will be entered within 24-48hrs of receipt, if received Monday thru Thursday. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be entered on Monday. Any orders received while we are away at a conference or during posted closed times will be placed as soon as possible once we return to the office.

Merchandise Availability:
All kits and components normally will ship within one week if in stock. Assembled product availability depends on demand and scheduling. We are experiencing high demand, expect long delivery times (8-12 weeks min.).  Should an item be backordered we do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. 

Shipping and Handling charges:
You will be billed accordingly based on your selected method of shipment, the weight and size of the package, the value of the package, and its final destination. The minimum shipping and handling charge is $5.00.  For international shipments, the payment of all import fees, customs duties and local taxes will be your responsibility.  Approximate shipping and handling cost may be quoted at time of order.

Customs:
Customs regulations require actual value of merchandise be stated on invoicing and paperwork. For insurance reasons, any request for devaluation of a shipment will not be accepted.

Order acknowledgement:
If placing an  internet order, the shopping cart software will send you a confirmation via e-mail.   There will be no other acknowledgement of having received your order.    Please do not re-submit an order unless you specify it as such or it could be entered as a separate order and you will be responsible for all double shipments.
If you mail your order, we place it the day it's received.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders are considered products not found in our standard product catalog or a standard product with modifications that  will not allow the product to be returned to its standard configuration.  Being that DEMI can not re-stock a custom assembled product their will be no refunds issued on this items.   All custom ordered products will be guaranteed for functionality and customer specifications only.  If required they may be repaired or replaced at Down East Microwave Inc discretion.
